Hi! Are you in need of a Psychiatric Evaluation for a potential bariatric surgery or other procedure and possibly in a time crunch? I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience and quite fluent with these types of evaluations. Unfortunately I do not accept insurance but can schedule most evenings and weekends quite quickly. I can work with your provider/surgeon to get the information they are requesting. All services are telehealth by video or phone.
